By purchasing a membership or using services at Lion Heart Boxing Gym, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable except as required by law.

Members must complete a waiver and disclose any medical conditions. Participation is at your own risk. Always consult with a physician before starting a new fitness program

All members and guests must:

• Treat staff and other members with respect
• Wear proper attire and use equipment safely
• Not engage in illegal or disruptive behavior

Violation of the code of conduct may result in suspension or termination of membership

• Membership dues are billed [monthly/annually]
• Cancellations require a 30-day, written notice for non contract members. Contract memberships must fulfill their term or it will be sent to a collection agency. 
• Late or missed payments may result in suspension of access

• Classes may or may not require advance booking
• Late arrivals can enter without disrupting class
• No-shows may result in forfeited sessions

The undersigned guest hereby agrees to assume full responsibility for his/her use of the facility and accepts any risk(s) associated with same. As an express condition of allowing Guest to use the facility, Guest hereby and irrevocably releases Lion Heart Boxing Gym LLC, including its owners, agents, affiliates, successors, and assigns (the “Gym”), from any and all claims, whether known or unknown, arising from or related to Guest’s use of the facility or otherwise related to the Gym, including but not limited to those caused in whole or in part by the negligence of the Gym and shall indemnify the Gym against any and all liability arising out of use of the facility.

We protect your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to our data practices.

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the gym or services indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
